At Airback, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium fashion choices; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
